Research Studentship in the Dissemination and Cultural Impact of the UK Screen Heritage
UEA is one of the strongest universities in the UK in Film and Television Studies, with a Research Assessment rating of 3.4 in 2008 (5** in 2001) and thriving BA, MA and PhD programmes.
The studentship is for a full-time PhD starting on 1 September 2010 and will cover tuition fees for three years and maintenance allowance equivalent to an AHRC block grant studentship within the School. A master’s degree in a relevant subject may prove an advantage but, in cases where the candidate has other experience relevant to the project, it is not essential. The applicant must provide a proposal for a research project.
Deadline: 12 July, 2010.
Prospective candidates should contact Mark Jancovich at m.jancovich@ uea.ac.uk
