(for good German speakers)
In May 2009, the European Union initiated the Eastern Partnership. The Robert Bosch Stiftung wants to contribute to the Eastern Partnership and therefore organizes the first Summer Academy within the framework of the Carl Friedrich Goerdeler-Kolleg. The topic is "Eastern Partnership and Good Governance".
The Summer Academy is a three-week international further education program for young executives from the public sector (public administration, public companies, non-profit organizations, etc.) from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. 15 young professionals are invited to participate in a two-week seminar in Berlin and a one-week observation in the public sector in Central Europe from June 28 until July 18, 2010. In follow-up projects they will contribute to future cooperation in Europe. The Summer Academy of the Robert Bosch Stiftung is conducted as a joint project with the Representation of the European Commission in Berlin and the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). Further information is attached and on www.goerdeler- kolleg.de in the subsection regarding the Summer Academy. Application deadline is set for February 28, 2010.
We would be very grateful if you helped us distributing the call for application and forwarded this email to interested people.
Thank you very much in advance for your kind support.
Yours sincerely, Marie-Lena May
