The Enhanced Foundational rogram (EFP)

International students for whom English is not their first language are typically great candidates for Pine Manor College’s Enhanced Foundational Program, or EFP. EFP is a bachelor’s degree granting program for non-native English speaking students. EFP students receive additional help and support in reading, writing, and critical thinking. To apply for EFP, you must submit an application for general admission to the college, which includes submitting SAT and/or TOEFL scores. After an initial review, a member of our admission staff will contact you regarding your fit with the EFP program.

The English Language Institute at PMC

Pine Manor College’s English Language Institute, or ELI, is an integral part of the PMC community offering intensive, non-degree granting English language instruction and cultural immersion for men and women from around the world. Located directly on the PMC campus, ELI provides personal attention from supportive faculty and staff, comfortable on-campus, residential accommodations, and a full day of academics along with social and cultural activities to keep you busy from the day you arrive.
