The court of Kentron and Nork-Marash communities has satisfied the petition of the investigation bodies to prolong the term of MP Myasnik Malkhasyan’s and Hakob Hakobyan’s arrest for two months (till January 2, 2009). The court has refused the petition of Hakobyan’s lawyer Melanya Arustamyan to release her client under pledge.
