Yesterday the authorized bodies instituted legal proceedings in connection with making fire in the Armenian culture building in Pjatigorsk. On November 13 a group of people threw a bottle with gas into the building and made fire there. According to the police department of Piatigorsk this crime might be made by extremists’ groups of young people.
