Recently regional management minister Hovik Abrahamyan said: “Do you think that the president only advocates “yes” for the Constitutional referendum and will be happy only in case it is brought up? I think the president gave a good answer and it is good of him as a president to say that he will be happy to see any outcome of the referendum, which is a result of free and fair elections. The authorities spend as much resource for campaigning “yes” as much as the opposition does for campaigning “no””. And this complies with the RA law “about referendum”.
