On November 13, at around 5 p.m. the Ashtarak police department had received a call from the Ashtarak municipal hospital stating that they had transferred Samvel Adibekyan (born 1945), Vartan Adibekyan (born 1946), Adibek Adibekyan (born 1980) and Norair Nersisyan (born 1980) to the hospital with physical injuries (caused by a sharp object) from the Oshakan village of the Aragatsotn Marz. As for Aram Babkenyan (born 1980), he had been injured with a fire-arm. A criminal action has been brought up and the legal proceedings are being carried out at the prosecutor’s office in the Aragatsotn Marz. Resident of the village of Oshakan Sedrak Tovmasyan (born 1987) has been taken into custody.
