On November 4 citizen of Yerevan and owner of Buzand 9-22 apartment Lilia Ghazaryan was left out of her apartment. On November 5 she got a heart attack. On November 16 she died at the medical center named after Grigor Lousavorich. Yesterday during the debate between the NA and the government, NA member Tatoul Manaseryan asked: “Who beat that woman? Who is responsible for her death?” To this question RA regional substructures management minister Hovik Abrahamyan answered: “This country is not in chaos. The police have instituted legal proceedings.” And then he petitioned MPs and the woman’s relatives to apply to court: “You can present the facts to the authorized bodies and they will punish those people who caused this tragedy. Apply to court and I promise that we will lead this case till the end”.
