Yesterday we were informed by the RA Central Electoral Committee that on November 18 at 10:00 “Tigran Mets” printing house will start printing referendum ballots. The fact that the Constitutional campaign headquarters is located in the same building makes oppositionists worry. Yesterday some oppositionist MPs held discussions in regard to making a suggestion to change the site.
