Recently members of the National Assembly of Karabakh held discussions on founding an institution for human rights protection in Karabakh. It is worth to mention that this position is still free, they have no candidate for it yet. During the discussions it turned out that the budget of 2006 would not provide any money for this institution, but the MPs noted that this was necessary because this institution would be founded in 2006 and they had to provide money for it.
