According to our sources, the RA Transportation and Communications minister has made an arrangement with the management of “Armentel” to start a campaign for the Constitution via cellphone short messages under the illusive cover of informing citizens about the amendments. They have also agreed to prevent oppositionists from sending messages to each other.
