On Sunday, two military planes of JAS-39 Gripen 2 model escorted an Armenian Airbus A 320 airplane in the territory of the Czech Republic, because the airplane had lost the connection with the aero navigation structures. Speaker of Czech CTK military basement Michael Preizek announced that the airplanes of NATO intended for extreme situations had noticed the Armenian aircraft in 11 kilometers high distance and escorted it for about 100 kilometers till the territory of Germany until the crew of the aircraft could recover their connection with the navigational bodies. Press secretary of the RA Civil Aviation central board Gayane Davtyan said that nothing like this had happened, that all Armenian planes had landed well and that there hadn’t been any extreme situation.
