Some people say that the articles concerning the president being untouchable and making changes of borders were included in the Constitutional Draft by the order of the RA president. These articles are special messages sent to the West. This message is: “I am ready to make compromises regarding the Karabakh peace settlement, but I have a problem with being untouchable”. In addition, the West accpeted these articles when including them in the Draft. And this is one of the reasons that the West advocates this Draft.
