There was only one state cadastre of real estate intended for Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun communities of Yerevan till now. Recently the department of these two communities was separated. There are two different departments now. This “separation” was done in order to give the position of head of the Kanaker-Zeytun real estate cadastre department to a relative of Arthur Baghdasaryan. According to our information this relative is his uncle.
