“Armenia’s long-term and short-term development prospects as a developing country identify budget deficit, which will be sponsored on the account of inner and external sources. Continues works are done for the purpose of implementing the debt management strategy approved by the government, negotiations are being done with all bilateral and multilateral donors. We are choosing the best options out of the existing ones, including the best refinancing rates for us,” said the finance minister in answer to the question of former foreign affairs minister Vartan Oskanyan.
