“The establishment of an innovation ministry should be discussed with colleagues because there are both for and against arguments,” yesterday said Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan during a briefing with journalists. “Instead of thinking about opening numerous new ministries we should think about optimizing the ministries to ensure that there is no overlap of functions.” According to the Prime Minister, the recommendations of the IT sector colleagues will be discussed by looking in the future trying to understand what efficient management structures would be necessary for Armenia for the next 10 years.
