“There is no development project for Armenia. Everyone is busy with their families, friends and saving money. If I have a party, I use it for supporting my position and financial status. If I have any function in the country, it serves for the purposes of my status and finances,” said former member of Karabakh committee Ashot Manucharyan. “I don’t know two officials in Armenia, who may discuss what is necessary for doing this job for the country. But instead of that I know many officials who discuss together what mechanisms they may use for saving money or raising their power and status,” he said.
