400-500 experienced IT sector specialists migrate from Armenia every year. Moreover, year by year the figure of migration grows. This was yesterday stated by the head of the union of information technology organizations Karen Vardanyan. “But the reasons are not only financial but also include the fact that they have no place to grow,” he mentioned and added that it’s necessary to provide competition in order to cease the migration. Let’s remember that the IT sector has been declared the priority sector of economic development for years and during the years it has always provided an impressive dual-digit growth.
