In one month following the parliamentary election May 6 the political agenda of Armenia changed drastically as before the election the political life was busy with domestic issues, now everyone is busy with external issues, including security issues unfortunately. While the political parties were still in passion about the parliamentary election and new parliament, the Azeri armed troops made the first diversion toward the border of Armenia on June 4, and such attempts still continue. It seems that parties are still in euphoria and they are not distracted even by the attempts to take lives of soldiers. Following the summer vacations political parties and state officials are busy with preparations for the presidential election, which makes Armenia’s response to external challenges even weaker. This is certainly the problem of the government because ultimately every authority wants to be reproduced. This makes the government against the foreign players so vulnerable that they can appear in better position. As the same rules of the games are also for the non-governmental powers, as a result of that both the state system and ultimately also the state becomes vulnerable.
