“President Ter-Petrosyan’s decision put me in an uncomfortable situation. Hence I will remember that it is his mandate. That is a condition that will make me more responsible. Everyone knows that. I must justify the president’s trust. I must work,” writes ex-PM Hrant bagratyan on his facebook wall. Hrant Bagratyan is in the 8th place of the ANC’s proportional list, however the ANC has received seven mandates. During a press-conference earlier the first president of Armenia announced about giving his mandate to Hrant Bagratyan.
