“Do you really think that Robert Kocharyan’s participation in the modernization of our country is not demanded? Do you think that Robert Kocharyan is not the effective manager who can return and see the shortcomings and mistakes of the government and correct those mistakes? Anyone who has worked with of course will appreciate his skills in organizing economic relations,” said the head of the Union of Politicians of Armenia, Hmayak Hovhannisyan, who is among the first ten members in the pre-election list of PA party. In answer to a question whether the PA wants to bring Kocharyan back Hovhannisyan said that as a result of the constitutional amendments in 2005 the head of the government became the prime-minister instead of the president. “It is a different issue that Tigran Sargsyan’s government is giving the credits of their work to the president, which makes the incumbent president very vulnerable before the presidential election 2013,” said Hovhannisyan.
