According to our sources, ARF has made a decision to stay far from the intensive developments in the country. They are sure that people will not call “for” the Constitution. That is why they don’t want to “make their hands dirty”. According to our information ARF will insist on being responsible only for their own activities, like they did in 1999 and 2003. In other words ARF will try to be as careful as possible during the Constitution campaign.
