According to our information, the governor of Syunik region Surik Khachatryan is going to open a hydro power plant in Kapan’s Tsav village. According to the local villagers, one hydropower plant has already been built on the Basuta river that is crossing their village. The villagers could not say the names of those who were going to build power plants but said that they would oppose and complaint against building new power plants there.
