“What can a political party trade on? I believe in obtaining trade political and economic dividends. Isn’t it so? Parties have become the second confusing mechanism of the society after the incumbent government. They say one thing, do another thing. And now, it is meaningless to split parties into opposition and government,” yesterday told our reporter the director of Armenian Center of Strategic and National Studies Manvel Sargsyan. According to him, other parties strengthen their positions in different districts. “When we speak about criminal- oligarchic system, it means that all the sectors of the economy are divided among the wealthy ones. They divide everything. Thus the parties legitimize this process by participating in it.
