“In this regard one of the reasons of absence of consensus within the ANC is the Republic party. We think that at this stage before the scheduled elections it’s untimely to cooperate with any other political party including the one you mentioned,” yesterday told our reporter the chair of the Republic party Aram Sargsyan when asked about the last statement of Ter-Petrosyan during the rally. Let us remember that the ANC leader has stated that if it turns out that the PA sincerely wishes to deflect from the ruling coalition and expresses its willingness to participate in free and fair elections then the ANC will seriously consider the prospects of cooperation with the PA. “I think that the PA has a certain potential, political will, ability of making decisions and opportunities of changing the current situation,” added A.
