Yesterday evening the news department of the RA government spread a statement, according to which Harutyun Arakelyan is attempting to “blackmail and threaten the Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan and the Minister of Justice Hrair Tovmasyan.” “The ministry of justice received a fax letter, which threatens the Prime Minister of Armenia and the Minister of Justice. Most probably this note was sent by a citizen Harutyun Arakelyan.” Harutyun Arakelyan is his letter addressed to the above-mentioned officials (the letter was disseminated by the RA government), which reads, “Yesterday the prosecutor of Kentron community of Yerevan Khachikyan called me for an interesting investigation. Let me say that this is a badly organized scam… You probably don’t know who you are dealing with. You clearly don’t know what I will do if the decisions made during the 19th extraordinary session of HRAK party do not receive a legal force by the structure headed by you within two days. My suggestion is still pending. You either validate the legal powers of the chair of HRAK and we forget each other or I will have to fulfilling my promise. We’ll see who’s going to lose the most.” By the way, Arakelyan promised the A1+ to provide new comments next week. Let us mention that in addition Arakelyan decrypted what he was going to publicize if his suggestion is not fulfilled. “Let me secretly say that I have a few noteworthy statements at hand. For example, the 35 million USD that was withdrawn from the account of Nairit. Part of it was sent to Denmark and another part was sent to Moscow. After some time the factory exploded and there were casualties. They mentioned that the reason of the explosion was the absence of 150,000 USD for restoration. Let me not forget that kind “mouths” say that the 35 million USD was taken from the German loan aimed for small and medium business development.”
