The most discredited in the history

“The parliament should work till May 15, i.e. during the entire pre-election period till the formation of a new parliament. Who said that these months will not be the most fatal months in the new history of our country? They may even be more fatal and difficult time than the days following the events of March 1. I don’t want it sound as a pessimistic forecast but I don’t see that the economy may recover, the conditions people are living in are becoming worse and there are many challenges. In this situation how can we say that the position of the parliament speaker is less important than the position of a party pre-election headquarter? It is very important for the party that has been one power for about 15 years to win the elections,” said the head of Armenia’s Union of Politicians Hmayak Hovhannisyan when commenting on the announcement of Hovik Abrahamyan saying that for him the position of pre-election headquarter head is more important than the position of the speaker of parliament. According to him, this announcement shows that this parliament is the most discredited parliament in the history of Armenia and will stay like that in the history too.
