RA 2nd President Robert Kocharyan in his interview to “MediaMax” has not excluded that he might return to big politics. In response to question about his return to politics has become one of the basic issues of Armenian inter-political agenda, and the fact of Vladimir Putin’s of RF President Candidacy in 2012 elections has become another topic of active discussions and debates in terms of possible consequences over Armenian inter-political and the 2ns President’s prospects, Robert Kocharyan stated: “I am surprised by extensive discussions about my probable return through direct correlation with political current processes in Russia. And this happens straight after the rich celebrations of 20th anniversary of Independent Armenia? I am sure that political progress to evolve here in Armenia, but not be projected from abroad on the same level.” He also stated: “I never deny my return to big politics. However, I will be compelled not from series events taking place in a country which is very close and important to Armenia but which is foreign nonetheless, but from following three factors: 1. Country lacking economic stability and firm welfare, followed by increasing migration and deadlock conditions. 2. Need for my return to politics by vast layers of society. 3. My inner belief that I can radically improve the situation. Once the abovementioned three factors are present there may be different ways back to active politics. Rest of the reasons comprises some nuances, increase political resources, but do not act as essential factors.
