Armenian specifics of being a Prime Minister

One of the members of newly assembled Japanese Parliament, September 2, Ioshio Khachido the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry was terminated from his post last week because of a smutty joke. Minister named the surrounding area of Fukushima 1 power station suffering a hazardous radiation from an explosion was named as a Ghost City, which served as a reason for his termination after 7 days in office. Such comparison would probably seem insulating for the Japanese people, although it is very actual in the reality. In response to our question about increasing the migration volume in Armenia, RA prime-minister Tigran Sargsyan few months ago stated in his interview with our newspaper “what can we do? Shall we do everything for those people not run away, so that this critical crowd stays here and stirs up revolution?” Public rebel and demands on his resignation regarding his improper expression (in other words) were followed by a simplest remark (which was not less effortless) of Sargsyan that ”I was joking.” As it is known Tigran Sargsyan has not even apologized and is still holding his office of a prime-minister with the same jocose spirit, by teaching the villagers how to milk the cows, distributing mandates to the partisans, etc. By the way around two months back Aram Kocharyan, Regional Governor of Lori region/marz was dismissed from his office only because he has laid about his departure to Georgia by saying the prime-minister that he leaves for St. Petersburg on business. Being informed that he was cheated T. Sargsyan has rushed to the President and threatened to be either A. Kocharyan or himself. That is to say that T. Sargsyan feels a special disgust towards the lie and falsity… whenever it is used against him. However he does the same with the society and country, all his economical policy (if one can say so) is based upon lie and twaddle. By the way, one of the Wikileaks recent publications is about the scandalous story with Surik Khachatryan, Syunik Regional Governor of Syunik, April 2008. Once Aravot daily had written about how the Governor had beaten a twelve year old boy from Goris. That time the prime-minister was angry. He assembled all the TV reporters and in front of cameras he ordered immediately to find out of the righteousness of case through a specially created group. As it is known the group instantly found out the publication does not correspond to the reality. After some time from that “show” on August 1 of this year Prime-Minister was present in the same Governor’s (known as Liska) 55th anniversary in Goris. Ioshio Khachido, as it is accepted to say, has made a big mistake.
