Our correspondent has been informed by RP that the authorities wanted Arthur Baghdasaryan to coordinate the “yes” campaign for the Constitutional amendments. But Arthur Baghdasaryan understood the intention of the president and suggested appointing Mher Shahgeldyan for the position of coordinator. It is strange, but this position is not called as “head of headquarter”, but it is called as “coordinator of “yes” headquarters”. According to our sources from RP Robert Kocharyan recently complained about the activities of Arthur Baghdasaryan and said: “You are more democratic than you should be. It doesn’t look like you have any relations with these authorities”.
