The passengers, who bought air tickets for Yerevan-Munich-Yerevan two months ago, are facing trouble these days. Yesterday they were informed that the flight won’t take place and the flight was cancelled because there is no airplane. Armavia hasn’t responded to them how they were going to resolve this issue, whether they will reimburse or will organize a different flight. Only last evening we were able to get a hold with the spokeswoman of Armavia Nana Avetisova, who told us on the telephone that the issue will be solved by all means. She said that either the passengers will be provided by a different flight or if they wish they can get reimbursement for the tickets. To our question as to why the flight was cancelled in the event when the people bought tickets for the flight two months ago, Avetisova responded that the decision had been made by the commercial department of the company. According to her, the reason was that there was low demand for that flight.
