The head of the International Crisis Group has commented on the recent meeting of the presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia in Kazan and said that she had even deeper disappointment in consideration of the optimistic announcement spoke before that meeting. “I am concerned with the fact that if the negotiations fail the risk of war will be bigger,” she said. According to Sabine Fraser, in Kazan the parties announced only about reaching agreement upon several issues and there were still issues that had not been agreed. “In case of the military scenario the war will not be short-term and it will last months and years,” said the head of the International Crisis Group.
