On Saturday the general prosecutor of Armenia, Aghvan Hovsepyan participated in the campaign for “no” for about ten minutes. When the opposition representatives were going to the region of Shirak with 150 cars and orange flags written “no” on them, Aghvan Hovsepyan and justice minister Davit Harutyunyan met them on their way to Gyumri (they were going there to take part in the opening of the new court building). Since the road was full of cars and Aghvan Hovsepyan’s car couldn’t overpass the other cars, he had to join them.
