“The ARF has never raised an issue of changing the government. We can talk about the powers that are doing that. I don’t know whether the Heritage has that issue in the agenda. If those powers have that goal, they will unite,” said researcher and the director of the Armenian Center of National and International Studies Manvel Sargsyan concerning the possibility of creating of a third power alliance. He says that the ANC has raised that demand. “If the society still has that demand for change of power, it depends on the behavior of the ANC. If the ANC loses its trust and reputation in the society and if the society does not believe anymore that the ANC can do that, the demand will be addressed to another power,” he said.
