According to the list of the largest taxpayers of Armenia, during the first three months of this year the largest 1000 taxpayers paid 106.5 billion drams to the budget. It is more than the same sum of the previous year by 9.3%. The first 300 taxpayers have paid 10.5% more tax, and the first 100 – 14.2% more. The first 10 largest taxpayers have paid 30% more tax (8 billion). However, it is not about more payments; it is only a result of the increased tax payments on part of Zangezur copper-molybdenum company. Due to the rapid growth of the international prices for metals the company has coped with the crisis and increase the tax payments by five times and the tax payments on part of this company reached 7.4 billion drams.
