During the discussion regarding the 2006 budget plan yesterday, member of the National Assembly’s “People’s MP” union Mkrtich Minasyan announced that it is necessary to make it so that small and medium businesses develop in Armenia, reasoning that those businesses will help economic development in Armenia. In. M. Minasyan’s words, despite the wrong routes taken toward economic rise and development, there are also some positive steps being taken.
