On October 27-28 during the EU ministers’ conference within the framework of “Inter-cultural dialogue” program, our culture minister Hovik Hoveyan made a speech too. Hovik Hoveyan tried to assure the participants that inter-cultural dialogues must be based on common principles of human rights. He means independence of religion, cultural wealth, the rights of minorities, gender discrimination, cultural heritage and historical truth.
