The $60 million dollars provided by the “Linsie” fund for Armenia is not included in the state budget plan of 2006. As stated by Minister of Economy and Finances Vartan Khachatryan yesterday at the National Assembly, the reason for this is that the Armenian government still hasn’t received the documents for the “Linsie” fund’s new project. According to V. Khachatryan, as soon as the money from the “Linsie” fund is received, the amount will be included in the budget and since that money is for grants, it will not have any influence on the budget deficit or other indices.
