One of the high officials of the Ministry of Education and Sciences informed one of our reporters that Artur Baghdasaryan has ordered Armenia’s universities to propagandize the “yes” campaign for the constitutional amendments. There has been a warning to forbid any comment on the “no”. Active participant is rector of the Institute of Economy Grigor Kirakosyan. The latter, as most of us know, needs to leave office due to his age. But by this way, he expects to stay as rector of the institute or receive a new position.
