The German Ambassador to Armenia, Hans-Jochen Schmidt released a congratulation letter on the New Year for the Armenian people, which contains an interesting message to the police. “I have a “hidden” wish; I wish the police eventually make sure that the drivers of jeep and taxi cars don’t relate to pedestrians crossing the streets under the green light as helpless animals. Mainly the disabled, old and children suffer from traffic violations. The behavior of many drivers of jeeps also shows how certain citizens relate to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia,” reads the Ambassador’s message.
