According to our information, the head of the environmental protection ministry’s plant sanitary department head Vram Gyulzadyan was fired because of Davit Harutyunyan’s daughter. Recently the prime-minister criticized several departments, including the ministry of agriculture. As a result of that deputy ministers and other officials were dismissed, including Gyulzadyan. Several days later the head of the agrarian and village unity head Hrach Berberyan said that the reason of Berberyan’s dismissal was connected with the fact that in the airport the cargo of a high rank state official’s daughter was stopped by an official but did not say who that official is. According to our information, that official is the head of the NA standing committee on state and legal affairs Davit Harutyunyan, who imports materials to Armenia, which are subject to scanning and check-up by the mentioned department. According to our information, the employees of the mentioned department delayed to scan the cargo of Davit Harutyunyan’s daughter for some time, after which her father complained to the prime-minister. We were not able to get information about this incident from Davit Harutyunyan as he is not in the country.
