Yesterday the world was shocked by the information published by the Wikileaks web site, which is registered in Sweden. The web site, which has made a lot of noise about the US forces in Afghanistan and Iraq yesterday published 251,000 messages. Most of these documents are classified as confidential. As of yesterday the web site had published only one thousands of the documents available at their hand, which was enough to claim that this was a disaster for the diplomatic world. In fact the American government does not refute that the information and comments about presidents of different countries or those made by heads of third states are true, but the State Department is discussing the issue of including the Wikileaks in the list of terrorist organizations. There are different opinions about this issue, and even there are opinions that such information could not be obtained without the wish of the American government on certain purposes. Anyway, since the publication of this information the game of the world diplomacy will be changed and mistrust will dominate in the international practice. As for the influence of this publication on Armenia, we can see that during the OSCE summit in Astana.
