“We presented our attitude about our understanding of our work with the prosecutor’s office and the Special Investigative Body. And in this aspect we are suggesting that the information provided to the NA should somehow be regulated so we can understand how to discuss that. And in order to understand whether we are discussing it or not?” told our reporter the head of the NA Standing Committee of State and Legal Affairs Davit Harutyunyan when responding to the question whether the bylaw of the NA implies any change regarding the raised matter. “Today this matter is not regulated and in our opinion this is one of the issues. Let’s see how the NA will respond to our suggestion. If this response is positive I think there will indeed be MPs, who will probably submit changes to this law,” added the MP.
