The opposition makes announcements that if the authorities make violations during the referendum they will organize a public meeting in the city and will ask the authorities to resign. It is strange that the authorities don’t like this announcement. It seems that they are intended to make violations during the referendum and their only problem is not to let the opposition take actions. It is strange that the authorities don’t think about publishing brochures on the amendments and distribute them among voters. At the same time the brochures must not contain any information which can propagandize. The role of the government is not to propagandize, but rather to provide the society with certain information.
