Relations between Robert Kocharyan and former Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov were exceptionally of official character. They have never had a joint business project, told reporters the head of Robert Kocharyan’s office Victor Soghomonyan. He also stated that the individual called Armen Ghazaryan and nicknamed Pzo has never had any connection with the Kochayans’ family. Soghomonyan commented on the assumptions about the possibility of Kocharyan-Luzhkov-Pzo link. He stated that Kocharyan had never had any relations with Pzo.
