When analyzing the achievements of Armenia in the economic sector Edward Sandoyan, former minister of economy and incumbent deputy rector of the Russian-Armenian Slavonic State University said to our correspondent that during the past 19 years the government has only imitated growth and has done nothing serious. “For 19 years we have failed and lost to the history, but we still have opportunities to live in a good country, but now we have appeared in a very difficult situation and if we don’t go out of this situation, we will be subjected to a system mutation, which will be irreversible already,” said Edward Sandoyan.
