The government has published brochures with the purposes of informing voters about the Constitutional amendments. These brochures are going to be given to headquarters, which are responsible for the “yes” propaganda. These headquarters are going to distribute these brochures to people. Yesterday Andranik Margaryan announced this in the NA and said that it was just the beginning of the campaign and he couldn’t say anything about the developments yet.
