It turns out that the electoral bribe “distributors” have stolen some money which belongs to voters. Some people are complaining that the voters would receive 500 drams out of the 2500 drams that each voter was supposed to receive on behalf of the mayor of Vanadzor beforehand and/or on Election Day. Some voters considered 2000 dram as a small amount of money. They complained that the amount was said to be 5,000 drams a couple of days ago and they feared that the money distributors had embezzled a part of the amount at the last minute. “After all, the mayor is not going to check how much each received.”
