National Assembly MP and member of the “Nig Aparan” Patriotic Alliance Manuk Gasparyan believes that Aghvan Hovsepyan’s decision to say “yes” to the constitution is “absurd and non-political”. “There are different types of members with different ideologies of political parties in the “Nig Aparan” Patriotic Alliance. They all gather in order to solve social/economic issues of Aparan and implement projects. We either remove someone who makes political decisions or not decide anything so that those people will not feel bad. I did not go to the meeting knowing beforehand that they were calling me so I can say “yes”. The decision made by an NGO that has political figures as members is short-sighted,” said M. Gasparyan.
