The recent conflicts within the governments are more often published in the media. Specifically, yesterday during the parliamentary discussion on the law on TV and radio the speaker of the NA Hovik Abrahamyan again criticized the government for sending draft laws to the parliament in an urgent manner. He said that because of it the parliament was not able to discuss the bill in a duly manner. “In order to find a solution I am recommending to organize hearings. As the RPA will vote for the bill I am recommending to adopt it by first reading. Of course the one who presents the report will take the concerns and recommendations of MPs to the government and they will try to adopt these recommendations. As for the provisions that are unacceptable, they will explain,” said H. Abrahamyan.
It is clear that Hovik Abrahamyan made this announcement not because of the fact that he did not like the bill but he used this opportunity to criticize the government. On the other hand, it is not about the relations between Hovik Abrahamyan and Tigran Sargsyan only. Every important issue connected with the media, including the issues to be sent to the parliament urgently are decided by Tigran Sargsyan. In other words, this mess is not connected with the work of the parliament.
